How it works
Three rules keep your rebate alive.
Apply before you touch anything
Your grass must be alive and irrigated when SNWA inspects it. Removal before approval = ineligible. This kills more rebates than everything else combined.
Design to the 50% canopy rule
Your new landscape needs plant coverage of at least half the converted area at mature size, on drip irrigation. That's a math problem — we make it a checklist instead.
Convert within 12 months

Why now
The rebate is generous because the deadline is real.
Nevada's AB356 makes nonfunctional grass illegal for businesses, HOAs, and multifamily properties by the end of 2026 — removal isn't optional, it's law.
